How does the application process work at MICROSENS?  

You can find vacancies on our job board. As soon as you have uploaded your documents via the corresponding "Apply" button, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. This will tell you that your application has been successfully submitted. We will review the incoming applications and make a pre-selection. We would like to meet applicants with the best fit with the advertised position in person. We will thus arrange an individual appointment. In a personal interview, we would like to discuss the aspects that are important to you and us in your day-to-day work. We believe in working together in a spirit of trust. The next steps will therefore also depend on your questions and expectations.

I am interested in MICROSENS, but cannot find a suitable advertised position. What can I do?

You cannot find a suitable vacancy that matches your qualifications and ideas about your future field of work? You are welcome to send us an unsolicited application via our job portal. Simply select "Unsolicited application" and send us your documents via this channel. We will consider whether there are any suitable points of contact in the near future and send you an answer as soon as possible. 

What documents are required for my application?

We would like to receive a cover letter and your CV for initial contact. You can submit references, attestations and certificates at a later date.  

You have not received any feedback on the status of your application?

We prefer online applications via our job portal. You can recognise the successful submission of your documents by the automatically generated confirmation of receipt. Sometimes it takes a while to review all applications and coordinate them with the responsible department managers.
